Parker Lloyd Ltd offers a range of services, from Film Finance, Consultancy and M&A.
Film services include: Consultancy, BFI Applications, Film Tax Credit, Distribution Audits, Production Services and overall financing for producers of British Independent films, e.g. Ferrari: La Scuderia Films Ltd.
Film Tax Credit: Tax relief is available for British qualifying films. Once the films have passed the Cultural Test or qualify as an official co-production, the film production company can claim a payable cash rebate of 20-25%. Parker Lloyd will aid the film production company in doing so in line with the HMRC'S guidance on Film Tax Relief.

Parker Lloyd Capital was incorporated in 2005. We are regulated by the FCA and work with clients across the world to fund Property mainly in the UK. We fund property you will live in, property you will hold as an Investment and we also fund the development, refurbishment and conversion of residential and commercial assets. We are completely independent and therefore have access not only to the UK finance market but also to a number of International banks and funds.
We are very relationship based and most of our clients have worked with us for a number of years. We always make the time to get to know the client and understand what is important to them.
In the Commercial space, we have funded most Asset classes including Residential, Healthcare, Groundrents, Industrial Units, and Shopping Malls. We are particularly strong in the Hotel space and have funded a number of hotels from Budget to Luxury. We can also advise on branding, structuring and development of these assets.
Parker Lloyd Capital is also very experienced in lending to all structures including personal name, On and Offshore companies and Trusts.
